The Orleans Place Facts:
Orleans Place is a forty-one residence condominium community with homes ranging from 1200 to 1700 square feet featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, full size kitchens with appliances, stack washer & dryer, central air, mahogany decks or patios, ample parking, and a trash chute can be found on each floor. Designed for safety and convenience homes feature one floor living, emergency call safety systems and are handicap accessible. Each condominium has a designated indoor garage parking space and a good size storage unit inside the building. The building is serviced by an elevator and is equipped with an emergency generator.

A Visitor’s Suite is available by reservation.

Affordable monthly fees include utilities, cable, maintenance, appliance repair and replacement, and 24-hour staff!
