with homes ranging from 1025 to 1500 square feet and featuring two bedrooms
and two full bathrooms, full size kitchens with appliances, stack washer
& dryer, central air, decks or patios and ample parking. Designed
for safety and convenience homes feature one floor living, emergency
call safety systems and are handicap accessible. Each condominium has
a storage unit inside the building and several of the units have garage
parking. The building is serviced by an elevator and is equipped with
an emergency generator.
Affordable monthly fees include utilities, cable, main-tenance, appliance
repair and replacement, and 24-hour staff!
