The Harwich House is an eighteen residence condominium community. Each residence features either two bedrooms / two full bathrooms or one bedroom / one bathroom. Homes range from 900 to 1400 square feet and include full size kitchens with appliances, decks or patios and ample parking. Some homes offer stack washer & dryers; common area laundry facilities are available. Designed for safety and convenience homes feature one floor living, emergency call safety systems and are handicap accessible. Each condominium has a storage unit inside the building and several of the units have indoor parking. The building is serviced by an elevator.

Affordable monthly fees include utilities, cable, maintenance, appliance repair and replacement, and 24-hour staff!
