Dillingham Place is a fifty-five residence condominium community with homes ranging from 1150 to 1900 square feet featuring two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, full size kitchens with appliances, stack washer & dryer, central air, decks or patios, and ample parking. Designed for safety and convenience homes feature one floor living, emergency call safety systems and are handicap accessible. Each condominium has a designated indoor garage parking space and a storage unit inside the building. The building is serviced by two elevators, equipped with an emergency generator and a full commercial kitchen, and features a state of the art fire protection system.

A Visitor’s Suite is available by reservation.
