Chatham House Facts:
The Chatham House is a ten unit cooperative with homes ranging from
500 to 600 square feet. Each features one bedroom, one master bath,
a full size kitchen with appliances and a private deck or balcony. Designed
for safety and convenience homes feature one floor living, emergency
call safety systems and are handicap accessible.
Pets are allowed by the cooperative but some restrictions do apply so

Affordable monthly fees include utilities, cable, main-tenance, appliance
repair and replacement, and 24-hour staff! All
